Memberships
We will offer annualized memberships to The Program, for families with children of all genders and skill levels. We will have three tiers of membership offerings.
On-Court Development
Semi-Weekly Group Instruction
Taught by coaches with NBA & NCAA experience, your child will have access to semi-weekly group sessions alongside youth of similar age groups & skill levels.
1-on-1 Training
As a member, your child will receive access to work with some of the best trainers in the tri-state area, all of whom have experience working at top organizations (Pro Hoops, Fastbreak, and many more).
Weekend League Competition
Members of The Program will have the opportunity to play on one of The Program NYC club teams. These teams will gain entry into some of the best leagues (55 Swish, others) in the city.
Off-Court Development
Strength & Conditioning
With a full turf, weight training area, & recovery room, we will teach your child the importance of developing his/her body off the court, and how this translates to success on the court. Our head strength coach (Brian Harrington, founder of Transform Fitness) has experience working with youth of all ages.
Diet & Nutrition
Professional athletes are spending more and more time investing in their personal well-being off the court, and publicizing the importance of this. Through our commercial partnerships (Juice Press, others) we will offer the ‘snack of the week’ after each membership session, teaching kids the importance of a healthy diet even at a young age.
Recovery
Access to our Hyperice recovery room, where you will learn the importance of cool down, stretching, and using our equipment to make sure your body recovers properly.
Special Events
We have a plethora of partners that are current/former NBA players, WNBA teams, entertainment figures & influencers. These individuals will be present in our facility on a frequent basis. Members will receive exclusive access to meet-and-greets, workshops, and special events centered around these individuals.
The Program Advisory
Membership to The Program is focused on family, and as such we want to open access to our powerful advisory team to children and parents alike. With a strong team of advisors that has unrivaled experience at the NCAA, NBA high school & AAU levels, we will offer parents advisory services such as:
AAU Workshops
We have deep relationships with many of the city’s top AAU programs (New York Renaissance, PSA Cardinals, New Heights, Gauchos, Exodus Hoops, others). Our advisors will meet with parents, advise on the best AAU programs for your child, and set up relevant meetings with these programs.
High School Advisory
Our advisors have experience coaching some of the top high school teams in the country (Long Island Lutheran, Northfield Mount Herman, Riverdale Country School). We can help advise parents on the best high school for their child(ren) from a basketball standpoint, and set up relevant meetings.
Film Advisory
With the emergence of digital media, highlight tapes have gone from ‘nice to have’ to ‘need to have.’ Our team of advisors can attend your child’s games, and help create the right highlights & film.
