Membership & Billing Policies
Youth & Adult Membership
- All memberships require a credit card or ACH on file.
- Memberships and passes are non-transferable to other customers.
- Membership cancellation requests must be submitted 30 days before the desired termination date in writing to memberships@theprogramnyc.com.
- If the membership needs to be paused or cancelled due to an medical emergency a doctor's note must be provided and credit will be provided to your playbook account.
- The Program NYC reserves the right to change our weekly schedule as we see fit.
Private Training
- Private Training Requests do not ensure a session or appointment has been booked. Your request is subject to approval by a Program NYC trainer. Once approved, we will email you confirmation of your appointment being booked.
- Private Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours advanced notice to receive a full refund or session credit. If sessions are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, The Program reserves the right to keep payment.
Gym Policies
Basketball Court
- Only Program NYC staff are allowed to sit at the scorer’s table. Parents should not sit at the scorers table, or anywhere in the gym other than seating that is assigned to parents.
- No food or open lid bottles are allowed on the court.
- Adult members should never be on the basketball court during any youth programming.
- During youth private training sessions, no youth or adults aside from those participating in a private training session, should be on the court.
Court Access & Rules
- Athletes must wear at least one piece of Program NYC branded apparel when attending a youth membership session (jersey, t-shirt, or shorts).
- Youth members may only attend their assigned sessions, unless granted special permission or invitation by a Program NYC trainer (i.e. if you are in the Foundational Tier, you should not be attending Intermediate or Advanced sessions).
- Youth members should only be on the court during their assigned session(s), and should not be dribbling or shooting basketballs unless they are a part of that session. This rule is in effect during both youth membership programming and youth private training hours.
- Adult members should never be on-court during any youth programming.
Weight Room
- Please wipe equipment before and after usage.
- Avoid slamming weights.
- Return all weights, balls, and equipment after use.
- Report any broken equipment or hazards to staff immediately.
- No food or open lid bottles are allowed in the gym.
- No performance room usage by adults during youth hours.
Recovery Room
- Please wipe equipment before and after usage.
- No youth allowed in recovery room unless accompanied or explicitly given permission by a Program NYC trainer.
- No recovery room usage by adults during youth hours.
Sauna
- Please rinse off any sweat and dry completely before entering the sauna.
- No metals, jewelry, phones or other electronics in sauna.
- Please wear a clean towel in sauna.
- Please refrain from alternating between sauna and cold plunge.
- Do not exceed 30 mins in the sauna.
- Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, weak, or nauseous.
- No sauna usage by adults during youth hours.
General Policies
- Youth members should kindly register ahead of time (via the Program NYC app) for any sessions those members will be attending.
- All members must check in upon arrival.
- Use courts and training spaces only during your scheduled session or open gym time.
- No adult members during our youth programming.
- T-shirts or jerseys must be worn at all times.
- Show respect to all players, coaches, referees, staff, and guests at all times.
- No horseplay, fighting, or aggressive behavior.
- Families and guests are welcome to sit and observe sessions from the chairs along the west wall across from the scoreboard. Spectators are welcome in designated areas only.
- No unauthorized recording or photography of members or staff.
- Promotional content requires management approval.
- Return basketballs and training equipment to their designated areas after use.
- Dispose of trash properly; keep lockers and restrooms tidy.
- No animals, Service animals may be present briefly for drop-off and pick-up.
- Any damage to The Program NYC property by a member, member's children or guests shall be the responsibility of the adult.
- We are not responsible for any lost and found items. Lost and Found will be thrown out after 5 days.
- We encourage members to park in our partners parking location. Please avoid obstructing our neighbor's daily operations with unauthorized parking.
- Management reserves the right to revoke access for rule violations or unsafe behavior.
Privacy & Media
- Do not film or photograph other athletes without their consent.

Shop FAQs
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 14 days of delivery of the item. The items must be in perfect condition with all tags attached and with no visible signs of wear or tear. The return postage will be paid by the returner. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Do you accept exchanges?
Provided that the returned item has no signs of wear and the tags are attached, exchanges are possible. Please send us a message at shop@theprogramnyc.com with your order number and details of what you would like to exchange.
I have changed my mind about my item, what do I do?
Orders are fulfilled within 7-10 days. If the order has not been fulfilled, please send us a message at shop@theprogramnyc.com to receive a refund. Please provide your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on the system you used to pay with. Please contact us if it has been more than 14 days.
What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately at shop@theprogramnyc.com and provide photos of damaged item for replacement.
Refund Policy
- All items bought may be returned and/or refunded by the buyer, subjected to the discretion and approval, given the following conditions:
- Exclusions apply to promotional items. Sale items are final sale.
- Request(s) for returns are accepted within 14 working days from delivery.
- All items must be returned in their delivered state, along with all of its parts and tags.
- Damaged/defective/wrong items may be exchanged, depending on approval.
- Cancellation of items/orders may be made prior to the completion of orders. Cancellation made after shipment of the item(s) and/or after 2 hours of the initial purchase, must get approval.
- The return shipping postage will solely be the responsibility of the buyer.
- The management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds and each case is subjected to the sole discretion of Simply Apparel.
- The company will not be liable for any errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the item returning back to us before receiving a refund.
- Any change of addresses are subjected to approval and orders that are shipped/completed are strictly non-editable.
- Any reshipment of items done must correspond to the address found in the initial order and cannot be changed nor substituted with another address, design or brand of the item. We are not liable for the inaccuracy of address as provided by the buyer.

How can I track my item(s)?
Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number depending on how many items you purchased on our website.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping may take anywhere between 7-10 working days, depending on your location.
When will my order ship if some items contain a pre-order item?
The order will ship when the pre-order item arrives. All of your items will arrive all at the same time.
Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items are delivered by your local postal service in your location.
I placed an order for in-store pick up. How will I know it is ready?
When your order is fulfilled by our Shop Manager, you will receive an email that your order has been fulfilled. You may pick up your order anytime during store hours.
