Adult Membership

We offer monthly memberships to adult hoopers who are looking for a more elevated basketball and workout experience.

All-Access Membership Includes:

• Adult Open Gym

  Adult members will have morning weekday access (6-11 A Mon-Fri) to our entire facility. This includes our weight room, recovery room, 84 x 50 basketball court, Dr. Dish shooting gun and 1:1 training sessions.

• Dr. Dish Shooting Gun

  Adult Members will have access to book our Dr. Dish shooting gun, in 60-minute increments, weekday mornings at no additional cost.

• Competitive 5v5 Pickup Runs

  Offered select weeknights and weekend mornings

  • Monday evenings | 8:30-10:30p
  • Saturday mornings | 9-11a
• Small Group Training

  Small group training (basketball and performance) offered on select weekday mornings (all ages and skill levels welcome):

  • Tues & Thurs: 7-8a, 8-9a
• In-House Rec League

  Adult Members will have the opportunity to compete for one of our in-house teams in seasonal Program NYC Adult Rec Leagues. Games occur on Sunday afternoons & evenings, and select weeknights.

• Weight Room

  Access to our weight room during any 5v5 or small group training sessions included in membership

• Recovery Room

  Access to our recovery room (sauna, HyperIce, Normatec) during any 5v5 or small group training sessions included in membership

• Private Training

  1:1 individual training sessions available (seperate cost from membership)

• Nike Merchandise

  All Adult Members Receive Nike x The Program NYC Kit (reversible jersey, shorts, shirt)
